About Game
The town of Bright Falls, nestled among the mountains and forests of the Pacific Northwest, has been rocked by a series of ritualistic murders. Saga Anderson, a seasoned FBI agent with many unsolved cases under her belt, arrives to investigate the grisly crimes. However, when Anderson discovers pages from a horror novel that begins to come to life before her eyes, her case quickly turns into a living nightmare.
Alan Wake, a writer trapped in a nightmare beyond our world, writes a dark novel in an attempt to change the reality around him and escape his prison. Escaping the horror of the darkness that haunts him, Wake tries to maintain his sanity and defeat the devil at his own game. Anderson and Wake are two heroes walking different paths in two separate realities, but deep down they are connected by something they themselves cannot understand: with their actions and deeds, they reflect each other … influencing the worlds around them. Drawing power from a horror novel, an otherworldly force of darkness is creeping into Bright Falls, poisoning the souls of the locals and threatening the loved ones of Wake and Anderson. Light is their weapon and refuge in the fight against the darkness. Can Alan and Saga break out of the horror of monsters and victims and become the heroes they were meant to be?
