In this version, players find themselves in the familiar hot and bright Miami, but now with improved graphics, more complex physics and a more detailed environment. The graphics in the mod have been significantly improved: textures have become more detailed, and lighting and shadows have acquired a new level of realism, thanks to the capabilities of the GTA 4 engine. Character animations have become smoother, and the behavior of cars and pedestrians is now much more realistic.

Also, car and building models have been improved, which gives the game a modern look without losing the atmosphere of the original.
